March 11, 2021 — Economic Liberties and a coalition of 42 advocates and economic justice organizations launched “Investigate Insulin Now,” an organizing campaign spotlighting how three companies — Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, and Sanofi — have colluded with one another to hike insulin prices in lockstep for years, and demanding policymakers at the Federal Trade Commission investigate and prosecute this deadly pharmaceutical cartel.

March 11, 2021 — Economic Liberties released a new dataset that finds that more than 80 percent of corporations valued at more than $100 billion have faced antitrust scrutiny at some point in the last thirty years, including monopolization claims, merger challenges, price fixing suits, and no-poach suits.
