Hayden Rooke-Ley is a federal judicial law clerk, a recent graduate of Stanford Law School, and Senior Fellow for Healthcare at the American Economic Liberties Project. Hayden’s academic and policy writing focuses on issues of health care law and policy, including corporate consolidation of medical providers, Medicare and Medicaid financing, and labor organizing in the health care sector. He has been an advisor to state and federal policymakers, think tanks, and advocates.
Prior to law school, Hayden was a health policy advisor in Congress and worked at Aledade, a value-based care company that partners with independent primary care physicians.
