“We don’t know where it’s going, but we hope [Judge Young] is going to do the right thing,” said William J. McGee, a consumer advocate and senior fellow for aviation and travel at the American Economic Liberties Project. “The same old remedies don’t work. JetBlue is not here to fight the big guys; they’re here to join them. The idea that they are going to be a disrupter is just false.”
